I was wary to reorder this cleanser that I've been using for over 6 years when I saw how much the quantity of each item in the kit changed. I welcomed the new packaging, but I was not expecting such a difference in the product. It is definitely heavier bodied, it smells different, and lathers differently. I still have yet to compare the ingredients to the original packaging, but I am even more wary to reorder the mud mask and moisturizer as well now. It is still a solid mild cleanser, but I can tell the formula has changed, and I'm just being honest that I don't know if it is still the product that it has been for so many years. I love this company and many of the products, so I hope they remain as effective as they've always been.

Description
Our Professional Roll On Soft Wax Warmer provides a smooth, fast, easy, effective and virtually painless wax experience! Soft wax cartridges work best on large areas such as arms, legs, backs and chest. Our roll on soft wax system cuts down waxing time by 50% utilizing a smooth single layer wax application, with little to no mess and NO sticks!
- Insert your favorite Relax & Wax soft wax cartridge into the warmer with lid on and facing up.
- Plug in and turn on unit. Ensure indicator light is on.
- Wait approximately 20 minutes to heat throughly.
- Remove lid and sticker seal.
- First application should be applied onto a cleannon woven wax strip to ensure wax is properly heated and flows evenly throughout the rollersystem. (use on a flat, hard surface such as a table or counter).
- Cleanse the skin with Clean Sweep Pre-Post Cleanser
- Apply the wax with the roll-on applicator facingdown onto the skin. Slide the roll-on unit over thearea to be waxed in the direction of hair growth forming a thin layer.
- Remove wax with a non-woven strip in theopposite direction of hair growth, pulling quickly and parallel to the area. Hold skin tight and avoid pulling vertically.
- Soothe and calm freshly waxed skin with Relax & Wax No Trauma Momma.
- Throw away cartridge and any left over wax remaining in the cartridge
- Always use a new cartridge with every client. This is a single use waxing system.

Tonya Atkinson It keeps the wax warm WHILE you are waxing. Keep the wax in the warmer and wax away! Toss the wax container when you are done. Wipe off the outside of the warmer. (Not a lot of printed stuff on the outside - Good decision Deborah!!) Put in a new wax container for the next person. Awesome!!
