I was wary to reorder this cleanser that I've been using for over 6 years when I saw how much the quantity of each item in the kit changed. I welcomed the new packaging, but I was not expecting such a difference in the product. It is definitely heavier bodied, it smells different, and lathers differently. I still have yet to compare the ingredients to the original packaging, but I am even more wary to reorder the mud mask and moisturizer as well now. It is still a solid mild cleanser, but I can tell the formula has changed, and I'm just being honest that I don't know if it is still the product that it has been for so many years. I love this company and many of the products, so I hope they remain as effective as they've always been.

- Use a drop of pre- and post-tea tree oil for skin protection and nourishment. Our oil will not clog pores.

Elizabeth Moreton I have been an Esthetician for 11 years. This is by far the best wax I have ever used! I ran out and had to use a different wax on a long-time client. My client noticed and wanted to know if I was using something different. I told her yes, that I ran out of my regular wax, and she stated that she could tell. She said that my "regular wax" did not hurt. I have been using Relax&Wax for the last 2 years. If your client can tell the wax isn't the same, then don't run out of wax!

Eric Ahrens Look at my licensed aesthetician in hairstylist this is my go to high-quality item?. I’ve been using this for over a decade. You do have to be careful though recommendation is before oil treatment for the skin so that there’s no epidermal breakage. I also use baby powder for the same safety of the Client and myself great company they come through for you bottom line. It’s my only one that I go to.
